Lee Collective is a Chicago-based organization that curates immersive cultural events, blending Asian traditions with the city's vibrant arts scene. Through these initiatives, the collective fosters genuine experiences and unique moments that resonate with creative collaborators and the broader community.
As the Designer, Gabby works closely with Creative Director and Founder Annie Lee Carrol to create innovative, fresh, and exciting designs for both the brand itself and the events the collective curates. These designs include social media posts, merchandise design, print collateral, capabilities decks, and more.

Lee Collective’s Year of the Snake celebration sold out in just 4 days, drawing over 350 attendees for a night where Asian tradition met Chicago’s love for house music. The event featured non-stop house, funk, club, and techno, with exclusive perks like complimentary flash tattoos by @lescratcher and @eternal__transient, complimentary nail art by Asia Nails, and a Mahjong Club by Synchronized Swimming.
The midnight lion dance by Hoang Phuc Lion Dance Association was a showstopper, while jewelry by Sonal Soni added a touch of glamour. Guests also enjoyed a photo booth, and a special giveaway in partnership with Smoke and Mirrors.
Sponsored by Jack Daniel's Single Barrel, the night was a true celebration of culture, and community.

Mahjong Club is a collaboration between Lee Collective and Synchronized Swimming, blending community, culture, and connection into an exclusive yet welcoming "Secret Society" experience. Rooted in tradition but shaped by modernity, the club honors our Asian heritage while passing it forward to the next generation.
Each event offers a fresh experience at new locations, where we teach newcomers the rules of Mahjong and welcome returning players. Through the way the game is played, the curated food and drinks, and the overall atmosphere, we aim to bring the warmth and familiarity of home to each gathering. Every detail is designed to blend tradition with innovation, creating an environment that keeps the legacy alive while fostering connection and celebration.

Teaming up with The Robey Hotel and Synchronized Swimming, Lee Collective curated an immersive celebration of Chicago's cultural tapestry. Blurring the lines between day-party and artist showcase, our venue became an oasis of infectious energy and perfect summer-day vibes. With over 199 RSVPs, and a total 12.17k gross bar revenue, Lee Collective hosted the biggest summer day party of the year.
